Christmas Craft & Gift Show

On the Thanksgiving weekend there is a Christmas Craft and Gift Show, nearly 30 years running that takes place at the fairgrounds. We will be advertising the store at the show and are willing to have as many vendors as would like to join us come along. We will get one large booth advertising the store and selling product for each vendor that participates. There will be a small fee ($ 25-50 depending on how much space we end up with) to participate as well as required shifts for the booth. This is a great opportunity to bring in some extra Christmas cash. We have had great success at this show the last 3 years. Anyone that would like to sell there should contact me immediately to reserve booth space.

NEW STORE HOURS

We are excited to announce new store hours beginning September 6, 2011. We will be open from 9am -9pm Monday -Friday and 9am-7pm on Saturdays. Closed Sundays. This new schedule will be better for our customers for the upcoming holiday season and will last until the new year, and depending on need, thereafter.

The dates we will be closed from now until January are as follows
Labor Day CLOSED
Thanksgiving Day CLOSED
Christmas Day CLOSED
New Years Day CLOSED

Booth Available

We have recently had two booths move from regular floor space to the wall. Therefore we have 2 four foot booths available. If you would like to change things up a bit and move your spot to a new one...here is your chance!
The first is located directly across from the eating area, next to the diaper cake booth.
The second is located in the second aisle way to your left upon entering the store. (Next to a column, and a "tree" of purses.)
I will take the first person who contacts me for each of these spaces. These will be made available to new vendors as of Monday August 15th.

End of contract period

For those of you who were with the store from the get-go, your contract renewal date is quickly approaching. We will be having each person sign a new contract that includes the 3% commission rate we previously discussed. Although I hate to do that, it is necessary with the growth of the store. I don't anticipate EVER charging more than that rate. This amount is to strictly cover credit card fees, which 3/4 of the clients are using to pay. I will be in contact with you to arrange the paperwork.

Back to School Sales

Although you may not feel that your items qualify for back to school sales I encourage you to keep your booth stocked. This is a steady traffic time in the store and the more you have for those to see the more they will buy!
