We are offering a few variables on booth rent so I would like to present your choices.
Booth Rent + 3% Commission
$10 booth rent + 30% Commission
ALL CONTRACTS STILL REQUIRE 6 MONTHS, AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY 6 MONTHS. AND ALL CONTRACTS STILL REQUIRE $25 DEPOSIT.
You cannot switch back and forth between the two during a six month contract. However at renewal time you may change to your preference. Hopefully this will help those who have seasonal products to fulfill a 6 month contract. Also it will ease the stress of fulfilling booth rent. The option is yours.

A little business.
November Sales Reports were just re-emailed this morning. I apologize to all who didn't get them until today. From now on, reports will most likely be sent from redfordkids@msn.com instead of the signs and wonders email. It is proving to be very unreliable when sending BULK emails.
A few other reminders.
When stocking your booth please do so ONLY during business hours. If the store closes at 9, whether or not there are still customers there, you should be done with your business and leave the building. We cannot have employees waiting to leave for you to finish your things. REgular hours are Monday - Friday 10-7 Saturday 10-4. We have extended the hours through Christmas on Monday Tuesday Thursday til 9 and Friday til 8. We will be open the week between Christmas and New Years Eve Mon- Fri 10-6 Sat 10-4. We will be closed on Christmas EVE.
If your 6 month contract date is up and you have not signed a new contract it needs to be done immediately. It is an automatically renewing contract, although one slight change has been made, adding the 3% commission, to cover credit card fees. Although legally we will begin charging the 3% on all contracts in December, we would still like to have a new contract signed.
Anyone who is not UP TO DATE with their rent, as per the contract, their items are liened by the company, and you may not REMOVE ANY ITEMS from the premises. Also, you cannot collect on any monies paid in until you are up to date with any monies owing.
